No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Just tightened down screws on a MacBook Pro and the tip of the screw driver broke and ruined the tip. Got out my 20+ year old Radio Shack screwdrivers and they worked great. Don't recommend this set for faulty metal.

The phillips head screwdriver is perfect for removing the screws on the PS3's installed HDD without stripping them. I highly recommend this set if you are looking to upgrade your PS3 HDD.

The shafts are not well secured in the handles. If you try to apply any appreciable torque, they slip.
