Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
I like the size of it, and it was durable and felt solid! The main problem was that the mounting spot (threaded) was too small, and I had to rig up another way to hold it.

I purchased this swithch in the mornign and I burned it out few hours later after using less than 50 times.
The specification on this switch says that maximum voltage and amp are 12V and 20Amp but burned out at 12V and 8Amp.
