Typically 500 cycles at 1.4 amps or less is all this button will with stand. Starts sticking in the pressed postion..

Great switch...no problems soldering and I hate to inform a previous reviewer, but it is supposed to only stay on when you press it! It is a momentary contact switch. I am using this switch as a replacement starter button for my son's ATV. It handles the amperage of the starter motor just fine. Great value.

Junk, the button couldnt handle the small amount of pressure i was using before it fell apart, also they do not mention that ut needs to be held in to remain in the on position.

Asthetically, this is a good switch, but it cannot handle the heat from soldering. The contacts will melt the plastic housing and separate when heated, and the aft closure is weak and can separate with tension.
