I replaced my faulty 273-074 (which was a lemon) with this one to build a turn signal reminder for my motorcycle and works great. The volume is adequate because I hear it while using my full face helmet without been obvious to others.

This units works great with a 9v Battery to make a simple beeper. Loud enough to hear without being obnoxious.
