I have used DeoxIT on a variety of applications, from computers, to consumer electronics. I am amazed at how well this stuff works for cleaning dirty or corroided electrical contacts. This is the best product I have seen for cleaning electrical contacts and connections. The drying time is a little slow, but you only need a small amount of this product to get the job done. Too much spray is simply a waste. Yes, the product is rather expensive, but it works very well. This is a product that every tech or consumer electronics purchaser should own. Go buy some today!
I first used this product on a Dell lap top computer that had lots of "dead keys" on its keyboard. I found that the ribbon connector that joined the keyboard to the motherboard needed a quick spray and the problem vanished. I have also used it on computer memory that was behaving intermittently bad as well as pci cards. Also works great to get rid of the scratchy noise on corded phones. Just spray the connectors on the cords, click them in and out a few times and no more noise. Cradle type recharges for remote controls or cordless phones that have problems making contact. Same thing, a quick spray and they work great.

Used this to repair a noisy volume knob on some Klipsch PC speakers and they're better than new! The knob is now buttery smooth and there's no sign at all of the static and drop-outs that plagued these speakers before. Highly recommended!

Well, after reading the reviews, I thought I would try this product. Unfortunately, for my applications, it didn't work. Maybe, I was use the wrong product, so I will have to try it on something else. Either way, it was an expensive lesson.

My High Def Tv was getting static sound.I was calling TV manufacturer for warranty repairs when a freind recomended cleaning my HDMI connections with Deoxit. I purchased Deoxit and followed directions and my problem went away! No more static! Since then I have been using it at work to repair circuit boards on Heating equipment and any other electrical connections in need of cleaning and treatment. Only cons I could find is that it is slow drying and it is expensive (although worth the cost).

WOW! My home built pc kept on getting that blue screen of death for no reason. I brought this up to one of my techs on the job and he suggested this stuff to fix it. One application and presto! system has not worked so stable in the 6 years that I had owned it! Awesome product even if it is expensive!

I restore vintage radios, and picked up a twin pack of deoxit and deoxit gold. I was counting on replacing some old controls, but after treating them as directed with deoxit and deoxit gold, replacement was not necessary. The Deoxit product is much better than the standard control cleaner. If you take the time to clean a control, do it right the first time with Deoxit. You will impressed with the results!!!
