    This product was recommended to me when looking for a web cam/microphone to Skype my family out of state on Christmas. It took me no more than 10 minutes to set up. Maybe another five to test picture and sound. It was GREAT!! Worked first time. Perfect product for Skyping!

      This thing does not work right out of the box with MS Messenger. It does not plug-and-play the way it should. In order to verify that the camera even worked we had to install a mountain of Logitech spamware and sign up for Logitech services on line. Then the camera still did not work with MS Messenger. Messenger saw no camera and continued saying "plug in a webcam"!

      I suggest you buy something simpler and cheaper to avoid hassles.

        VERY FUNNY FINALLY FOUND SOMETHING THAT WORKS WITH MAC YES MAC, APPLE . PICTURE IS GOOD NORMAL OR LOW LIGHT MIC IS SEEMS TO BE EXCELLENT, WAS QUIET EASY TO SET UP DIDNT EVEN NEED THE CD . AND DID I SAY IT WORKS WITH MAC AND ITS ONLY [$].
