Comments about Sharp® 2.0 Cu. Ft. 1200W Microwave (Stainless Steel):
Worked fine for 2 years. Then total power failure. Suspect blown fuse. When attempting to remove cover, and check fuse, thwarted by Sharp (and nanny state regulations). Torx security screws and non-removable blocking gadgets prevent even examining the fuses. Sharp rep said find a Sharp repair facility. Now on a crusade to fix it...if electrocuted, will apologize to Sharp and the Feds.
Was this a gift?:
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
