i wanted a speaker phone,because my hands isnt what they use to be.i went online and purchase this, and later regret going to the trouble,money.the person your calling cant hear you and you cant hear them.whether your on the speaker or not.and the automatic machine cant hear you or pick up the buttons to tranfer you to a live operater.i wasnt able to program the phone,and the only thing good about it,the look,and im returning it tomorrow.

As a senior I need the larger text Caller ID and Big Buttons and adjustable volume control. This is just right.

We cannot get the speaker part to work on this phone. That is the only problem with this phone. Would be glad to get it all to work. Can you please tell us how to fix the speaker to work??

I purchased this phone as a landline wall mount for the kitchen. For that purpose it was too big (almost as big as the one I was replacing.) It has good features and is a nice desk phone which made me hesitate to send it back: I gave it to my neighbor who set it up on her computer desk.

I use the phone for personal use. I like the memory featyre and the speaker phone features. The large numbers on the keys is very helpful.
