I was worried with all the "no sound" and 1-star reviews, until I looked at all the 4,5-star reviews. Only took a couple of minutes to set up. Hooked up Apple TV and Sony Blu-ray player to Dynex LCD TV, which has 2 HDMI ports, but the other has the cable box plugged into it. Turned everything on and it all just worked. Perfect picture, perfect sound. I have no issues at all. NOTE: I did buy new high-speed HDMI cables with the switch, but kept the Monster HDMI cable connected to the Sony Blu-Ray.

I have a specific Sony LED (ZX1M) and it only comes with 1 HDMI. The picture from this switch looks great but there is no audio coming from my cable box. I doubled checked the cables and they work fine. This product is faulty.

Not worth the box it came in. Your picture is pink hued and no sound. Easy to set-up and disconnect.
RadioShack should be ashamed to even have this in their store

Sorry I ever went to Radio Shack. Same experience as most of these reviews. First one I got was missing components and was all scratched up on back. Obviously returned. Horrible that they put it back on the shelf if / when told it didnt work. So the 2nd box I get all things connected after moving the wall unit out. Just trying to hook up blu ray with FIOS box to HDTV. WASTE OF MY TIME - black screen on one and nothing on other. Bringing it back tomorrow. Never saw a string of bad reviews going back over a year - and yet they still sell these on the chance that it might work for 30% of those that buy it?

With so many hd devices i have and only 2 hdmi slots on my tv i bought this I hooked my xbox 360 and my nintendo wii u to it the xbox works but the wii u has picture but no sound at all. piece of junk and it does not even come with an hdmi cable

Wanted to hook up my Xbox360 and computer but this thing just doesn't work. Got my Xbox to connect but it changes the resolution to 680 when it's suppose to be 1080p and the computer wont get any get a signal. What a flawed product it should be removed off the shelves.

As much as I like RS, this devise is not compatible with my Panasonic components. The unit turns on and it seems to recognize the source input but it doesn't communicate with the TV. I get the U72 error code when trying to connect the BluRay and I get nothing but black screen when I try to connect the computer HDMI output to the TV. For $50 plus bucks I expect more.

Does not work with all devices. Would not work with an Xbox 360, PS3, or PC HDMI output. Tried several cords from different brands, and even a replacement unit.

Hooked up equipment and I could not get anything from my Fios DVR. Blank screen on my TV with "no signal" display. XBox and DVD player worked but could not get the Fios to work. Tried all of the inputs and followed all of the troubleshooting tips. Nothing.
