Ruined 2 new Mag lights. No one at the store cares. Spend a few cents more and get GOOD BATTERIES, not these Junky leaking things, garbage.

These batteries are value priced and worked well for a short period. Needed my 6 "D" cell flashlight for an emergency during Hurricane Sandy and the flashlight was dead due to leaking Enercell batteries. I relied on this flashlight to carry the family thru an emergency. The batteries were just over one year old when I discovered the dead leakers. Shame.

Installed Enercell D batteries in all my Mag-Lite flashlights. Four of the flashlights were destroyed by the leakage of Radio Shack alkaline batteries.In a few months over $100 worth of Mag-Lites were garbage.Some of them still lit, even though the batteries were eating through the shell and corroding the inside so bad that they never could be removed. Don't take the chance of installing these batteries in anything of value

Bought an eight pack of D enercell batteries. Used two. The other six leaked in carton before I could use. Waiting to see if Radio Shack will replace.

Leaked and damaged a good quality flashlight. Leaked a lot of fluid. Much worse than other leakages I have seen.

Bought several packages to use for flashlights in case of power outages. Even with a shelf date of Dec 2014, all four packs have batteries that are leaking.

If you're using this brand, do yourself a favor and check whatever you have them in to make sure they haven't started leaking. You could end up ruining the connections in your electronics with them.
