I use this product at my home/business. It alerts when someone is coming, but I can easily move the alarm stations to problem areas to pick up activity in those areas. It has been amazingly accurate, and very helpful

We live on several acres of wooded area and our driveway is Two Tenths of a mile long. We've had people drive up to our house and never realize they are there until the doorbell rings. The alarm system works great. Even down in the basement, which is below ground level, this receiver goes off. We'll see how long it lasts under rain and cold weather.

The two little beeps at the highest setting can not be heard in the same room if you are watching TV or listening to the radio. What a joke of a product.
Will return for refund.

The thing does work ok but batteries in the transmitter only only last two days and the the thing beeps continously until you replace the batteries. I put an $11 set of lithium batteries in it and they lasted 5 days. Don't waste your money on this thing buy something you can plug in and trust.

this device seems to work fine. the volume is so low it is hard to hear... "I re wired mime through a 12 volt relay and solar panels to crank up a sirene. I left the transmitter and the receiver at the same location..."I figured it was better for the Thief to hear the noise than me not hear it.. LOL ""it worked in that respedt""
It's not what it's supposed to be. U best be able to wire in some other type of alert like I did. the sensors work but you gotta re wire it through another noise maker... "Like I said I put the sensor and the receiver in the same location so the thieves can hear the noise. It does also activate a night vision animal trap as they call it and it takes a picture. "I would hate to add up all the $$$$'s that i have in this system .."Mine works now tho"

Bought it for monitoring traffic coming in driveway to my house.Motion sensor is located approx.200 yds. from house.Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.How fast a vehicle is going seems to make a difference.When I first put it up it didn't work real good,did a little tweaking on it and it does better but not like I really want.Save your money,spend it on a better product.

This is a really good product and it works at least 700 feet, farthest I have checked and that is through trees and walls, But!

I try to keep my money local, but you can buy this same product on-line at half the price. I don't mind a reasonalbe percentage of markup at local retail, but I think on this item Radio Shack has gone overboard.
