This battery has only been in use as a replacement battery for the original for about 2 weeks. I don't feel that this is enough time to properly evaluate this product.

This has functioned well in our portable phone. Did not want to spend a lot of money on a battery so this seemed to work for us.

I have a Panasonic Phone. After many years of dependable service, the OEM batteries had to be replaced. Replaced them with this this model and found that they do not even last a year. Some went in 6 months. Before RC would honor a one year guarantee. Now it is down to 90 days at the store level, one year on WEB. I guess the WEB batteries are of better quality than the retail store's is.
