A CLASSY PHONE THAT'S NICE AND HEAVY SO THE CORD STRECHES TO ITS FULL LENGTH WITHOUT THE BASE MOVING. I DO WISH IT HAD A SPEAKER FEATURE. GOOD SOUND QUALITY. I'LL HAVE THIS PHONE A VERY LONG TIME.

The handset proved to be too heavy for her to handle, at least right now. NOT A PROBLEM OF THE PHONE. I will keep the phone.
