I like my Crosley phone and want to keep using it, but it started making a buzzing sound in the ear piece after a year, and I haven't been able to locate a phone number for the company to get it repaired. The phone number was not included in the manual. I'm disappointed that the company doesn't stand by its product.

The dial is upside down, meaning, the numbers start with 5 on top, then 4-3-2-1 etc to the right.

This wall phone is attractive and was the only one that fit with the port in our wall ( about 25 years old) It looks very retro and we like it. It does seem a little "flimsy" and we will be checking durability.

the product was nice but it had a broken wire in the handset, so no one could hear you when we answered it. was able to take it apart, solder the wire, rather than sending back, and now it works fine

Easily plugs into wall plate with DSL filter. Hand set cord standard length, could use longer one and the cord is not replaceable. The voice sound is okay for me but my wife doesn't like it. It serves its purpose as a handy phone in our kitchen. It is attractive, has an interesting old time soft ring. The key pad is familiar to us oldies.

If you remember the old rotary dial phones, this will be familiar, although it is push button to dial. Solid and sturdy, good sound quality, and the ring sounds like an actual bell ringer is inside, like the old phones. Flash and redial are on the dial. No controls on the handset to accidentally hit. Ring volume and handset volume are adjustable (Hi and Lo), but switches are on the back of the phone. Can be set for pulse or tone dialing. Overall, we like the look and functionality quite a lot.
