Best Uses Comments about Timex® Timex® Travel Alarm Clock Radio (Silver): Upon receipt, I put Radio Shack batteries in the clock. I first checked the batteries and they were more than 1.5 volts. The clock worked. I laid it aside for 5 days, opened it up and you could only read the upper half of the numbers. I then reinstalled new batteries. Comments about Timex® Timex® Travel Alarm Clock Radio (Silver): I love this clock. Could not get to work without it! The first one (purchased elsewhere lasted about 5 years before loosing the radio). The second one (purchased here) lost the display after just 2 days. I returned it; and so far the 3rd one is working perfectly.
