After I figured out how to use it, discovered it only took about a minute of video, so now have to buy a memory card, which I haven't done cause that-all took the thrill out of it right away!!! So I really haven't used it at all in the 3 months that I've had it!!!!

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I have owned two, about to buy another one. Both broke to quickly after buying them...but the thing is, they're SO great, I'm willing to buy it again! Maybe I was a little clumsy with it..

    This is a great camera for the price. I got one about 2 years ago. It went with me everywhere. I took it to England and the battery lasted 3 weeks without a charge, I had extra memory cards so it was bliss. I would reccomend this for anyone who is even semi interested in video stuff. The cons on this are the zoom, the zoom is not that great but hey you can't have it all! Although it did finally die on me after about a year and a half, I cannot complain for all the use I got out of it (hundreds of hours of videos) I plan on getting another asap.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

    Not a bad camera.I've had 5 before and this is the best one.Too bad I gave it to my girlfriend for mothers day. Thinking of ordering another one for myself, Hope I can get one in black
