The product has never left the package. I went to a radio shack to purchase a battery out of town and they in turn (because of no stock) went to the internet and ordered my battery. I was unaware first of all that they would order a black battery for a white phone (battery is the actual back of phone) and second that if the product did not work out for me that I would have to ship it back to the online service in order to do a return. These are things that should be informed to a consumer before making a purchase at a store. I was not made aware that he would be going to the website to make my purchase when he was doing the special order. I am extremely disappointed with my "online" purchase.

After a high pressure sales pitch to buy a new phone instead of a replacement battery we ordered the battery. When it came in the old one still works better.
