Customer ReviewsReviewed by 1 customer Displaying review 1 Pros Cons Best Uses Comments about Lenmar® "D" Shell "AA" Battery Adapter: The problem described with these are valid. there is no bottom to the D "AA" holder. therefore you can't put them in anything that has strong springs. Also the top contacts are very small and don't make great contact. I have yet to be able to use AA as a D battery in any application. I have not tried the C casing yet, but they are different since C and AA seem to be the same length.
