Comments about Sony® ICF-CD815 CD Clock Radio:

I use this clock radio to wake me up every morning. It worked good for about two months, no problem. Then, I had to reset the wake time and all it would do is flash 1200. Tech support could not diagnose problem. Don't buy this one. POC.

Comments about Sony® ICF-CD815 CD Clock Radio:

We looked everywhere for a decent way to play a CD in our baby's room. In this day and age of iPods, a good CD player is hard to find. We decided on this Sony CD clock radio and it has been great. We use it every night to play her baby CDs. The sound is excellent. The lighted clock is a great bonus that we did not even think we needed but are now loving. It is compact on the bookshelf and looks good. Setting the time is simple and the alarm works well. Once our baby is done with her nightly CDs it will be easy to repurpose in another part of the house or to let it grow with her.

Comments about Sony® ICF-CD815 CD Clock Radio:

Radio reception is awful. To make matters worse, tuning is not digital, but a single dial for both AM and FM. When you adjust the FM station, the AM changes, too. I'm returning this one.

Comments about Sony® ICF-CD815 CD Clock Radio:

This alarm was bought becuase of the great range of the dimmer. We prefer it turned down to where it can only be read at night. Needless to say, because of no battery backup, we missed the alarm twice due to brown-outs.
