Comments about Dantona 3.6V/850mAh Ni-MH Battery for GP 80AAALH3BML: The battery arrived. We charged it in the phone for 24 hours. It does not work. But as it was a product from Radio Shack, we did not expect this to happen. So we discarded the packaging immediately. Now the battery and the order invoice sit on our side bar while we decide what to do next.

Best Uses Comments about Dantona 3.6V/850mAh Ni-MH Battery for GP 80AAALH3BML: Bought this battery when it was recommended by our local store. The battery connector fits fine. I charged the battery in the Southwest Bell Freedom Phone GH5850 handset for a day and a half, it got warm, but the display on the handset never did come on. Tested the battery with a DVM afterward and it had a small negative charge. It may be that the leads were reversed in the sealed battery pack. In any case, it does not work for this phone.
Comments about Dantona 3.6V/850mAh Ni-MH Battery for GP 80AAALH3BML: There was one review when I purchased this battery: It said, don't buy this battery because it's wired wrong...well, I bought it anyway. Now I am the one to say don't buy this battery, it's wired backwards and made in China besides. Needless to say, it's on it's way back to Radio Shack.
