Bought the sme switches at [@] for about twice the price but they have different colors. The blue LED failed and I wanted one to match the rest in my dash . I wouldnt use these switches bu theyre all from [*] and are junk so what are you going to do?

Contacts on most of the radioshack switches are Positive, Acc, Ground. If UP is ON, then Power is on the bottom, ground is top.

I use 2 in the dash of my truck to trigger relays for my electric fan and nitrous solenoids. No issues in over 1.5 yrs.

I bought 7 of these switches for a car that I'm rebuilding about 6 months ago to control relays for accessories. More than half of them the led light does not come on and some times the you cannot even turn the switch on.I would never even think of this switch controlling 30 amps. They are very cheaply made and do not last and are way to overpriced!

I'm using the switch on my Motorcycle to power on and off, of course some 12 volt 50 watt running lights. I like the way the switch does not protrude out too far,and handles 30 amps! a plus on the bike. Would use another no problem. Alex from Modesto, Ca

I use this as a switch for my Atv headlights. This switch can take a beating especially for heavy trail riding like i do. It gets hit by trees, rocks and it gets wet and gets mud on it all the time, and i havent had a problem with it yet.
