Purchased less than 90 days ago for charging my phone in my truck. I am VERY careful with my things and use them gently, and it still stopped functioning. For that kind of money, I expect quality product. Radio Shack only stands behind their products for 30 days.

I am surprised at the number of negative reviews for this cable. I have been very happy with mine, which I use to connect my android phone to my pc. I prefer it over more standard, non-retractable cables. It may be a bit expensive, but I find it works perfectly.

            Worked great the first two weeks. Then it stopped working. Used it to connect my phone to the plug adapter and it can't connect to anything.
