The ear buds are very uncomfortable and fit poorly. Tone control does not work. Very directional between transmitter and receiver. Headset must be set just right in charger or it won't charge.

Heavy and bulky headset is painful, especially if resting your head on a pillow. Line of site requirement between base and headphones is a problem. Tone control doesn't work. Headset must be placed just right in the recharge position or they don't recharge- don't bump the table. No off switch to turn power off when not in use.

Our old tips fell off all the time; the new ones are snug and sanitary. It's good to have the remainder on hand when these wear out.

When using ears it is important that base unit is
in the proper position so that the sound is received from trasmitter to receiver. If it is not positioned properly there is no sound received.

Don't mind paying the price to replace the tips, but they need to "snap". Very disappointed!!

These TV Ears don't last but a few times of use. They snap on the TV Ears but the foam pieces pull off very easily. You can extend their life by gluing them to the earphone.
