Comments about Dantona 4.8V/1600mAh Scanner Battery for Uniden BP250: Great battery for a great product (Pro 90 Police Scanner) that I purchased from Radio Shack more than 10 years ago. This allows me to continue the enjoyment of listening to many things. The battery was en leu of the orginal, but is just as good. The old battery lasted this long. I hope this one does also.

Comments about Dantona 4.8V/1600mAh Scanner Battery for Uniden BP250: Initial charge seemed slow but after that it is fine. Battery holds charge a long time but, of course, it is still new. It fit my 10 year old scanner exactly just as advertised. It was a "replacement" brand rather than OEM but I wouldn't heistate to buy it again. I hope it holds up through many recharge cycles as the original Uniden batteries didn't last very long at all. I can recommend this.

The battery pack worked great for 5 months before it shorted out and nearly burned my house to the ground, never mind the damage to my $300 scanner.
