        Does Not Work in BeoCom 6000

              This Battery is not designed for the BeoCom 6000. It fits and plugs in just fine
              but it does not communicate with the phone properly. It will show Battery Flat and even power down the phone. When tested the battery reads the correct voltage. There is a code that needs to be entered when installing a new battery and that didn't work. Called B&O they state aftermarket batteries do not work correctly.

              I've been threw 6 months of misery with this aftermarket battery, replaced it with a B&O factory battery and it works perfectly. $50 for the original replacement is worth it.

              If you bought this battery return it. Call you local B&O dealer for an original replacement.

              the wires are a different color and thicker than the B & O batteries. unfortunately, had to spend the extra bucks for the brand name ones.

                This battery will only hold a charge for about 30 minutes. Not nearly the 7 day life of the Original Man. Battery. Not recommended. The price is good, but not for the overall value.

                            I'm not sure if the problem is with the phone itself but the battery doesn't charge. Supposedly there is a code that needs to be entered if the the new battery is put in, but that didn't work and the battery does not charge.

                              I received the new battery and after charging it for first 9 hours it went dead after 5 minutes. I charged it again for 24 hours and it went dead again after 5 minutes. Maybe I just received a bad battery. I'm reordering the same battery now.
