Comments about AmpliVox® S602M 25W Piezo Megaphone with Detachable Mic: I bought one for the UW Stout Ski and Snowboard Club! this was the best investment we ever made. with over 150 members it is great for ski trips and other events where you want to be heard! IT IS VERY LOUD! the built in siren also gets everones attention too!

Best Uses Comments about AmpliVox® S602M 25W Piezo Megaphone with Detachable Mic: I needed a power-horn for a tour I was about to go on, so I bought this one. In the past I have purchased 3-4 power-horns through Radioshack as an element of my band's live performance; They do take abuse (being dropped sometimes, rattling around in a roadcasecase), but the others I had before would make it at least 20-30 shows before showing real issues. The very first time I used this on stage - brand new, out of the box - the switch between the siren, whistle and voice broke. From that point on, I could no longer use either the voice or whistle: it was stuck on the siren mode. Even worse, the siren would only sound if I help my finger on the trigger. Several dates later, the siren started to go off on it's own during the opening band's set. A stage hand had to jump on stage to remove the battery pack and make it stop...!I never fill this comment things out, but this is the worst product I have ever bought from Radioshack. [...]. Do not by this product. I would give it no stars if the website would allow me...

Comments about AmpliVox® S602M 25W Piezo Megaphone with Detachable Mic: I am a United States Sailor who is deployed on IA orders in Afghanistan. I ordered this megaphone a few weeks ago with my own money. I was going to use it to help mentor Afghans. All the functions on it work except it's primary one. It clicks when I key the microphone, but doesn't pick up any sound. I tried turning up both volume knobs to full, no difference. [...]
