The product inaccurately claims that it replaces the BT51. The Motorola W755 HWA cellular phone uses the BT51, but when I put the battery in and plugged-in the charger, in less than a minute the phone said that it was fully charged. When I tried to turn on the phone, it was dead. When I plugged the old battery in,(which had previously worked, but just was getting weaker sooner),the phone was still dead. The new battery had killed the phone all together.

I don't a whole lot of talking on my phone. but, the battery lasted all day without more than a 20% drain.

This battery worked decently when first purchased. After a month or so, the battery life became noticeably shorter. After two months the battery would not last more than a day on full charge. Four months later, the cell phone claims that it is an invalid battery and will only charge after several attempts of unplugging and replugging it back in.

was about to have 2 buy a new phone, when last try with this new battery, worked PERFECT like having a new phone, learned i should only charge phone a couple hours, NOT over night, each night. so grateful. Battery is perfect. Thank you.

this product has a very short life span and is worse then the battery that came with the phone we bought 2 of them and they are both very poor quality

I bought the battery based on Radio Shack's claim that it was an exact replacement for my phone's original battery. It didn't work with the phone as claimed. It was the correct size but did not function at all. In less than 2 minutes the charger indicated it was fully charged.

The instructions said to charge the battery all the way, let it run all the way down, repeat 3 times. Then battery should perform as an equal to the Motorola. Not even close. Battery, with phone on standby, only lasts about 5 hours. Motorola's lasts, on standby, hundreds of hours.
