We grew frustrated with the walkies because the batteries would only last halfway through the day. These ones are great and still working at the end of our 12 hour shift.

Out of 6 battery packs that I ordered online from Radio Shack, 2 have had to be returned & replaced already. The order process online was arduous. Since placing my order 1 month ago, I am getting inundated with unwanted Radio Shack email offers almost daily. How do I stop this?

Best Uses Comments about Dantona 4.8V/700mAh Ni-MH 2-Way Battery for Uniden® BP-38: This replacement battery was advertised to work in the 2-way radio I purchased at Radio Shack 2 years ago. It will not accept a charge, so is essentially useless. It fits into the radio, but does not work as advertised. I cannot find another replacement to fit my radios, which are only 2 years old. Looks liked "Planned Obsolesence" to get me to buy a new piece of equipment.....
