As Lyle said, and Marcus failed to see, the BR is a different battery than the CR for good reason. The CR can provide higher current, but its temperature range is limited. The BR has extended temperature range, and is recommended for things like remote controls in automotive systems (e.g. Honda rear entertainment system). Trust me, it makes a difference. When you're leaving on a road trip to visit the family for Christmas and the car has been in the cold all night, the kids won't want to want to wait half an hour for the remote to warm up to watch a DVD.Even so, [$] apiece plus shipping is pretty steep, especially if you need three of them. My last set lasted 3+ years, though, so it's not so bad if you look at it that way.

The "BR2032" is NOT the same as the CR version. The part you mentioned has greater capacity, but the output voltage drops gradually across the life of the battery. The "BR" version has a slightly different chemistry, and can maintain full voltage much longer than the CR2032. If your device is sensitive to voltage, the BR may well be the better choice.

Ok so radioshack sells a 230-0162 version of this for 4.99 and it has 230mah which equals longer lasting power, whereas you can buy this one with 190Mah for 6.99 web only, yeah sounds like a great deals! Smart thinking radioshack
