Hello:
Can you please tell me how you can sell a battery for Plantronics phone and put Plantronics name on your packaging - when Plantronics does NOT recognize your battery? How do I return for correct battery?
Also: Why do you have 2 black wires & 1 red
Whereas: Plantronics battery has 1 black, 1 red, and 1 white. Why do you NOT have a WHITE wire?

I wasn't happy about having to search this battery down on-line. I went into a store and they said I would have to order it on-line. This was my second purchase since the identifying numbers on the battery matched more than one available product. I don't like spending hours on the computer instead of walking into a store and having a salesperson find the correct product, in this case replacement for a worn out phone battery

I bought this battery to replace the one in my Plantronics phone which was lasting only 2 hrs. With this new one I can be on the phone the whole day!!!
