I purchased 3 of these batteries for my AT&T/Lucent cordless phones, Model No. ID-2820, battery Model No. 3SN-AAA65H-S-F. THEY DO NOT FIT THE PHONE! Radio Shack shows this battery as a replacement when you look up by battery and/or phone model. THEY DO NOT FIT THE PHONE! This battery has an extra metal strip under the plastic skin that prevents it from fitting into the phone. I am returning all 3 batteries.

I have been using this battery for about a year and it will no longer charge. I paid quite a bit for this and would expect it to last for more than a year.

RS is the only place I can get the rechargeable batteries for my phones and not have to pay a bunch of money. I order online [...] Lenmar should make them to last more than 9 - 11 months though.

I learned recently to check expiration dates on packages and this product had a date within a month of my purchase. This product should last longer.
