Comments about StarTech.com (CTK200) 11-Piece Computer Tool Kit: The issue here is the ADVERTISED inclusion of the Chip Inserter Pin Straightener which they do not supply. When I contacted StarTech they gave me a runaround blaming Radio Shack etc and then finally said they would honor the "error" and send me the piece. THEY NEVER DID! I purchased this identical tool kit several years ago from Radio Shack and it included this item then. They have since substituted a small parts holder (what for?) which I guess is cheaper and never changed their ad. That was not my fault. I ordered the kit for my grandson based upon THEIR ad's representation as he needed that tool. StarTech just doesn't stand behind what they promise. So much for their Customer Service!

Comments about StarTech.com (CTK200) 11-Piece Computer Tool Kit: Picked up the tool set because I needed a smaller set to take on site visits when repair/maintenance may or may not be scheduled. Most of my work is pro-bono at the moment so I never know when someone will be asking. Great size to keep with me in my car or to carry in a laptop case or book bag. The interior was nice and had drawings of each tool for their prospective location inside the case. Quality seems good and I have used the piece a lot in the past month or so. Definitely a handy tool set.

I spoke with the Manufacturer and they admitted that the Tool in question was not in the kit. Maybe Radio Shack should verify what you sell as compared to what is delivered.
