I bought this phone in May of this year and within 5 days it quit working would not turn on at all, then called plantronics they sent another the next day then 15 days later the refurbish they sent me quit, I have a job to where I am required to be on the phone for 8 hours and now I'm stuck without a phone. I was told this morning that I needed to send the phones back I didn't know that so am sending the 2 dead phones back to California today and then they will send me another phone!

Great head set, hands free phone. Wish it had a ringer off function.

On my second phone, sending it back. Phone buzzes and hums. Callers complain. Still looking.

Use this for all types of calls (full time telework, most personal calls evenings and weekends). Love the hands-free-ness of it, but don't like the slight staticky sound when it is not on Mute. Really like the ease with which I can move back and forth between Talk and Mute.

I use the instrument to talk "to" people instead of "at" them. The earpiece stand doesn't stay affixed very well, though. Otherwise, very happy with quality.

I am so happy with this phone. It has excellent sound and so easy to use. The headphones are extremely comfortable and feel like feathers. I was concerned about them but I'm totally happy now that I bought this type of phone. thanks.

I am using it everyday for my work. It is a great little instrument, very simple and useful.
The reception is good most of the time but I have experienced difficulty hearing clearly.

Easy to use, just plug into any phone outlet and turn it on. Very good sound and voice quality. Very comfortable, I wear it for 8 hours a day. The headset cord seems a little flemsy but I will have to use it to see if this is a problem.
