Picked up an Atari CX2600-A on [...] which came with the ancient RF Switch. Atari was working but the screen was terribly fuzzy. Saw this item on some posts so picked one up at Radio Shack. Easy as it gets and not bulky (and no screwdriver needed like with RF Switch). Turned on Atari and boom, picture came out as if it was 1982 all over again! This item works with the RF cable from the Atari going to the cable/Coaxial input on the TV. Would highly recommend!

This is exactly what you need to hook up your old school Atari console to the back of your new TV that has the co-axial hook up.

I think this is a great product for older systems like the Atari 2800, NES and so on!

Its better than using the rf box the nes or atari comes with!

My apt is wired throughout with coax, all homeruns to a central point. It was not wired for audio. I'm using these to connect amplified speakers in different rooms. I wish there was a value 10 pack.

In addition to working for the aplication described by the first reviewer, this item will work for connecting the original Nintendo Entertainment System (NES). It would be nice if there were a gold plated version of this product though.
