          Comments about Monster® Two Pair QuickLock™ Banana Plugs:

          I bought these to use as a power source for the radioshack breadboard, simply plug the bannana clips into the existing power "plugs" on the board. The bannana clips work well and deliver my power. The only downside about these is the assembly is awkward. There is no connection ring that the wire can be soldered onto. There is only a deep "pit" the wire slides into, the surface is smooth and the solder just kept breaking free. I wound up using electrical tape.

              The price is obviously higher than most competing products, but these seem really well made and are very easy to use. My speakers use very thin-gauge wire but the banana plug still stays firmly attached. These seem like they would accommodate a very wide range of speaker wire gauges.
