There is also no spec for hole spacing. As I write this, another engineer has the boards at home doing wiring/soldering, but has no ruler. I measured them yesterday but wanted to recheck width. Since overall dimensions are wrong, I'd not have trusted it anyway. The 3-1/16" length is not even close. I suspect a non-technical person converted from metric, rounded off, then made an error on the length. You're fired!
