Works fine for the radio that I needed it for. This thing with it (as with many headphones) is that it's circular, who has a ear that is circular?! It began to hurt after a short while. You may suggest that with the ear hook, it should not have to be inserted into the ear but it does in order to stay and provide enough volume.
I am going to try splice a better fitting ear bud onto this so it is usable, otherwise it will end up in the trash...

items like this are not use to daily use or the stress put on them, had a pair for about 2 years use in hunting camp to keep noise level low, have worked great for what they are suppose to be used for.

Myself and a handful of security team members for a concert club use these headsets for our radios to communicate with one another. The sound and clearity is important to hear, especially over the loud music during a concert. These headsets sound great and are extremely comfortable and have even been described by a few as feeling like "not wearing an ear piece at all." They come in very handy, lightweight and works pretty well with our 2-Way Radios. You have to be careful though not to accidentally stress or yank the thin wire as it can easily be broken. Other than that it serves its very purpose in eliminating unwanted noise of our radios to other people who does not necessarily need to hear the noise.

While it's working, this earpiece is great! Remember that you DO get what you pay for (compare to other brands). The only problem I have is that it is uncertain "how long" the piece will last. I've owned 2. The first one didn't last long, and the second one lasted almost 2 years (plus, i added a one-year warranty). Now, i'm on my 3rd earpeice which i am crossing my fingers and hope it lasts me as long as the previous one.

I would discourage any one from buying this product. We have bought at least 30 of these and everyone single one is now broken.

I bought this device at the end of June and now it is the end of October and I am on my third one. DEFINITELY not designed for everyday use. I used it four days a week at work and I would always lose the ability to hear incoming traffic. I am able to be heard however. Product needs to be more durable!!!!!!!!!!!!
