Works like a charm to hook up old retro video game consoles to NTSC (Non Digital Only) tvs. I've purchased a few of these already for use on NES, Atari 2600, etc.

Comments about RadioShack Gold-Plated ""F"" Jack Connector to Phono Plug:

Will work for the NES as well. The RF output on an NES is a channel 3 or 4 signal transmited through an RCA jack. No need for a special Nintendo RF switch since the modulation is already done in the NES. Just adapt the RCA conector to an F-conector.

Comments about RadioShack Gold-Plated ""F"" Jack Connector to Phono Plug:

I was looking for a simple way to connect an Atari 2600 to a cable-ready TV without buying an RF switch and any additional adapters. Plugging the male end of the Atari's video output into this and then connecting the male coaxial output to the back of the TV worked like a charm.

Comments about RadioShack Gold-Plated ""F"" Jack Connector to Phono Plug:

I couldn't connect my RF cable from my commodore 64 to my TV. I bought one of these, snapped it on, and now I can use it! I am planning on buying an A/B switch to switch between my cable and my C64.
