Comments about RadioShack PL-259 Plug (2-Pack): Best invention since sliced bread. Saves time and waste by not having to use a soldering iron in some tight places. Instructions are so easy even a first time novice can install one. I keep a good supply of these on hand.

RS, you've lost my business for good. You should read these comments and do something about it. instructions are wrong. You cannot pull the connector body off. It is crimped and you can't remove it. Comments about RadioShack PL-259 Plug (2-Pack): Decided to give this connector a try instead of heating up the soldering iron like I would normally do for a mobile installation and it worked very well! Instructions on the back were easy to follow even if you had no idea where to start with a pl-259. Comments about RadioShack PL-259 Plug (2-Pack): The instructions were very easy to follow and it works perfectly with my SW antenna setup. I chose to solder the center connector, but that probably would not have been necessary. Comments about RadioShack PL-259 Plug (2-Pack): Instructons are totally worthless and the product as designed will NOT do the job.
