Comments about RadioShack Grid-Style PC Board with 2200 Holes:

One of the best prototyping boards for WireWrap applications that is available today (not recommended for soldering). It is index identified well for interconnection schematics and wire lists. It can accomodate a sufficient number of ICs without having to use multiple boards. Was previously using your 276-170 board but needed higher IC density. If you don't need glass epoxy high temp boards, the price is very reasonable.
I should know, I am a retired aerospace engineer that has been prototyping and manufacturing sophisticated digital systems for 50 years.
Keep up the good work RadioShack.

Comments about RadioShack Grid-Style PC Board with 2200 Holes:

I used it for an LED project. Had two IC's, a few resistors, capacitors, and several LEDS.

It did alright the first time I soldered everything together. But when I tried to re-work it, most of the copper plates came off. I found it easier to solder wire on wire anyway.

To me it seems a bit cheap, and a bit overpriced, but for a quick fix it works.

Very good board for proto-types and final assembly.I have used to build music synthesizer circuits and has done well for me.You should use a low wattage soldering iron with these boards so not to burn-off pads.(15watt or less).I have had excellent results with these boards.Holes are a little close together.

Comments about RadioShack Grid-Style PC Board with 2200 Holes:

Board connections soldered good, but needs interconnects and needs to fit Radio Shack Project Enclosure (7x5x3"), Catalog #: 270-1807, without drilling and trimming of the board to get it to fit inside of the project enclosure.
