Comments about RadioShack 4" Cooling Fan: Great fan, cools my radiator way better than the fan its replacing. It does come with bare leads though so be ready for that. It is loud at full speed but sound is not an issue when its between 70%-80% and it still moves quite a bit of air.

Comments about RadioShack 4" Cooling Fan: I use this fan in my RV to draw air through the condenser for my Dometic absorption refrigerator.I don't think many people think of using this fan for that purpose but it works great. Fan is a little noisy & I wish it had a higher CFM.Works great for this use.

Comments about RadioShack 4" Cooling Fan: I have 6 of these fans, 3 series sets of 2 parallel for cooling my external hard drives and all the networking equipment. They cool everything off, but the noise from them is just too much. Just wish that they gave you the db level of them and whether or not they are 2 or 3 wire for rpm status. It is great that the fan case is not plastic. If you want to see the fans and the cooling rack check out you tube user queball4u....

Comments about RadioShack 4" Cooling Fan: Very powerful little fan. It stays very quiet if anchored tight. I didn't need rubber dampers to quiet them. Used continuously, 24 hours a day for 6 months, no problems. Only uses 20 Watts. The only thing I didn't like was having to wire them to an AC plug so I could use them. But, that did allow me to use a 6' cord, which is what I needed. Used it on a duct to cool a 600 Watt light and it brought temps from 90 degrees to 77.

Comments about RadioShack 4" Cooling Fan: This fan worked very well to cool off a hot 42" Dell plasma TV that I had to mount in a cabinet, along with the other electronic stuff. I would have given it 5 stars if it boosted more than 85 cfm, but this was more than adequate for my purposes.
