I've used this item over the years and it has worked well for me in light industrial applications which didn't require washdown. It is their only buzzer that will work on 24VDC. They don't tell you that it will emit either a continuous or pulsed output... A nice feature. Cost isn't great compared to the others, but it beats throwing a 3-legged regulator on the others. Works well in control and annunciator panels.

Replaced the broken beeper in the boat, it works perfectly! If you want something loud enough to wake up the neighbors, 80db won't do it, look to the 100db+ units also for sale here.

But if you want something that will stand up to the weather, this one is waterproof!

I use this devise as a turn-signal indicator on my motorcycle. With helmet on and high background noise, I have no trouble at all hearing its rather piercing 2.8kHz tone. At traffic lights, I worry that it annoys other people.

This thing is cool and has two different tone's to choose but,It is wayyy to quiet,A deaf person or hard of hearing person would never hear this tiny quiet thing,It Really need's to be wayyy looudder.
But it work's great for like a Alarm for like a very small area.
like 50 Feet Max.
