This thing was in use for literally like 5 minutes then all of the sudden it stops working.

I was designing a power supply and I checked with my scope, 3 different multimeters, but I couldn't get a darn voltage. Nada

        Utter junk.

Went thru two new ones in the same day. Hooked up exactly as the specs say and the first one lasted about a minute before burning up with no load. The second one was installed and hooked up to my multimeter to moniter it. It produced 12.6 volts then died with a spectacular blue flash and smoke.

My first one died after a few minutes. I got a replacement and it has been running fine. I am powering 2.5 amps worth of tube filaments, so drawing near its rated power.
Ive been using it for a little less than a year, for about 8 hours a day.

I have to use this one only because of encloseure space.
