            Comments about RadioShack 220uF 35V 20% Axial-Lead Electrolytic Capacitor:

I just wanted to throw some capacitors in my car because I have a cheap radio that doesn't seperate the Rca output from the doorspeaker output when EQing. So putting a highpass filter on my doorspeakers is the only way to up the bass without dropping $100+ on a new receiver. Definitely lets me boost the bass to my subs while keeping the doorspeakers clean, but these Caps distort pretty bad when I turn the volume up. Rated at 35W, and my speakers/radio are rated well under 35W. But it's my bad, I should've known better than get electrolytic caps for this. But I was at radioshack for something else and thought I'd grab them while I was there and didn't even think to get the proper type, just looked at the Capacitance. Going to try again with Polypropylene or polystyrene caps to see which gives me a cleaner sound at high volume.

              Comments about RadioShack 220uF 35V 20% Axial-Lead Electrolytic Capacitor:

I bought this for a Motor Experiment. I was told I could use 2 9v batteries, and increase the output that goes into my motor. IT DOES NOTHING.

I had better luck Without it, than WITH it.

The motor spins just fine without it, but with, it just twitches 1 quick time, then sits still, as if there's no power getting to it.

A quick surge, of medium-power, then zero.

              This sucks...

By using your "capacitors" I changed a $300 dollar service charge to a $16 dollar expense.
Fixed a power supply in a Samsung 40 inch flat screen tv.
