Cons Best Uses Comments about RadioShack Silicon Solar Cell: I bought this for my son and it works really great. The only problem with the thing is it seems quite breakable. Great price though!!

Comments about RadioShack Silicon Solar Cell: I used this product for a science experiment. It was great, and worked well. One thing is that they are very breakable and should be handled carefully. Other than that, I would reccoment this product to anyone!

Comments about RadioShack Silicon Solar Cell: Solar cells are very delicate! You don't write bad reviews about eggs breaking when you mishandle them...Don't be a jack off!
Pros Cons Best Uses Comments about RadioShack Silicon Solar Cell: Snapped with barely any pressure put on it. Waste of money

Best Uses Comments about RadioShack Silicon Solar Cell: I used these for a little project. They are nearly impossible to solder and have poor polarity indicators.
Pros Cons Best Uses Comments about RadioShack Silicon Solar Cell: I needed to replace the solar cell in a photographic light meter. This material is so delicate it cracks and splinters very easily and can not be cut to size. Useless for this application.

Cons
Best Uses Comments about RadioShack Silicon Solar Cell: There's not much to say about this product. It has quite a bit of power, but unfortunately if you are not extremely skilled at soldering, you will crack the solar cell. The solar cell is about as thin as a few sheets of paper so anything you do while soldering with break it.

Best Uses Comments about RadioShack Silicon Solar Cell: This isn't really the greatest thing cause it doesn't come with wires and is small.

Comments about RadioShack Silicon Solar Cell: Just go to [@]..for my science fair project, they were very thin, but they were supposed to be, they were made FLEXIBLE, instead of breaking when the wind blows.I'm sorry...i love radio shack, but this is one fail product. With [@] i got 2 thin panels for [$] in total, easy to solder on, easy to expose to direct sunlight, easy to charge batteries with, but i recommend getting the 20 dollar models.
