These are 3.0v at 20mA, not 2.2v at 10mA. They're not even 20mcd, they're 40mcd. I ended up wasting money on these because I bought resistors for what was listed instead of what they actually were. Had to buy new resistors to match the specs on the real LEDs. I managed to make them work after some redesign of my circuit though.
