Best Uses Comments about RadioShack DPDT 10-Amp Toggle Switch with Center Off Position.: Bad trip to Radio Shack. This switch lost one of the poles after two uses. Also had picked up 2 fuse holders. Both of those came apart during install. My last trip to Radio Shack, My fault, I knew better but they were more convenient than my usual suppkier.

Best Uses Comments about RadioShack DPDT 10-Amp Toggle Switch with Center Off Position.: I have used this switch off and on for years as a general purpose on/off small appliance replacement switch. Many times the amp requirements exceed the 10 amps, so I tie both sides together turning it into a spdt unit. The switch worked great, but was unsure of why there are two On positions, i just jumpered both On terminals together and it worked fine so both on positions worked for me.

Comments about RadioShack DPDT 10-Amp Toggle Switch with Center Off Position.: This switch is made in China and was used to replace a rotary switch on a two speed motor in an air purifier. I used the up and down settings for the slow and fast speeds, respectively, and the center position was "off". I found that the mounting hole was not 7/16" but rather 15/32" so make sure you have the right drill on hand before you start. [...]
