Comments about RadioShack A3F XLR Jack-to-1/4" Plug Adapter/Transformer:

bought 1 in 1990 when I lived in Allentown P.A and it is still doing its job today (2009). I use it when I run out of XLR connections on my mixer. I bought 3 more down here in Puerto Rico about 10 years ago to have extras and incase older one ever failed but old one is still kicking a z s

Comments about RadioShack A3F XLR Jack-to-1/4" Plug Adapter/Transformer:

For Taylor ES system guitars, the TRS to XLR cable is great direct into a PA, but many venues only have 1/4" unbalanced input jacks or provide a DI. In those cases you just use this transformer on the end of your cable, into the DI box, and voila you are set with the right impedance. Rugged, easy to pack.

    These work pretty good

Comments about RadioShack A3F XLR Jack-to-1/4" Plug Adapter/Transformer:

I record with a DSP24 C-Port 2000, which only has 2 XLR plugs, but 8 1/4" jacks (2 on same channels with xlr's). These work pretty good for getting a couple more 57's/58's in the mix. I wish they were pigtailed, though. These are pretty bulky, and a bit rough on pc-mounted input jacks.
