Perfect for robot building. Loud enough to hear but not that loud. Polarity is easy to see. Breadboards easily.

Comments about RadioShack PC-Board 12VDC 70dB Piezo Buzzer:

IF you use this to connect to a PC internal speaker connection, it just squeels constanly, and louder beeps on interrupt.

Comments about RadioShack PC-Board 12VDC 70dB Piezo Buzzer:

I built a low voltage indicator which would trigger this piezo when I turned off my truck while still powering my radar detector. The sound level and tone is perfect to remind me to turn off my electronics, to avoid draining down my battery.

Comments about RadioShack PC-Board 12VDC 70dB Piezo Buzzer:

I used it to build a Motorcycle Turn Signal reminder. It works only for a few days then shuts down for months. It starts working again by itself.
I believe the piezo is faulty.
I will try Radio Shack 273-053 piezo buzzer which is much better.
