I used the battery holder for a couple simple electronic projects for hobbyists. It's really easy to use, especially since the positive and negative lead are color coded. The only thing I would like for RadioShack to improve is the durability of lead ends. The ends of the leads tend to break off after a few uses. Then you must trim the plastic wire coat of the leads to expose the metal.

Needed to replace the battery supply for security cameras. These fit perfectly and they have the added bonus of being an enclosed case, and therefore increased protection from the elements. Good product, good price [...] Well done.

I got this for only about a dollar to use for a project I was working on and it worked great. All I had to do was solder the negative wire to my projects old negative terminal and the positive wire to the old positive terminal and stick the box to the project with a hot glue gun. It works great for almost anything and I will probably end up buying allot more of these.
